These online orders are then converted fully automatically, quickly and reliably into cut patterns with a production order for production. |

Disruptive technology for recycling plastics contained in paper mill pulper waste
The project envisages two business models. The first BM is aimed at medium to large paper mills and foresees the sale of the Hydroswiss plant to the paper mill and the collection of the plastics at the end of the process for final refining before sale. The second BM is aimed at medium-small paper mills that do not have the possibility of installing the plant inside their mill, which envisages the installation of a plant outside the mill with the possibility of processing the waste from several mills at the same time. The benefits of the project are current today by recovering enormous amounts of energy by recycling plastics that can be used for both recycling and energy recovery, reducing the use of methane gas in the various industrial processes. |

The concept (5DQM) is based on: (i). the development of “Deep Learning” algorithm and (ii). the intelligent interpretation of acoustic-seismic background signals using artificial neural networks. The technical acoustic-seismic background data acquisition and interpretation is our core competence (with over 120 case studies and commercial contracts in the oil & gas industry since year 2000) while the “Cognitive Data Management System” (CDMS) using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) for semantic information analysis is the main innovation and subject of the 5DQM R&D project. The application target of the project is: (i). the control and optimization of technicalunderground engineering operations, (ii). environmental impact assessment (EIA) and (iii). hazard early warning systems. |
