Coaching/Coaches

Aim of the Swiss Innovation Challenge coaching programme

Coaching is a key element of personal development at the Swiss Innovation Challenge. Coaching topics include the business plan, functional aspects such as marketing, financing, production, innovation or internationalisation processes as well as motivational and behavioural aspects. We believe that coaching is only successful if it is based on a dialogue in which there is willingness to receive constructive feedback and operate with a plan of action.
